Wallsticks Welding Clamp Applications

The Wallsticks boiler tube weld clamp is suitable for working on Waterwall tubes. You can also use them when setting up a panel to ensure alignment.

The small size of this fit-up welding clamp allows it to go easily between thin membranes and Waterwall panels. Simply slide it through the weld point and thread the two ends together from both sides of the wall. Once tightened, the clamp forces the tubes to be perfectly aligned.

With this tool, tube alignment only takes a few minutes. A simple ratchet wrench works to tighten the bolts and nuts of this clamp — no need for an impact wrench.

For added safety, the Wallsticks clamp comes with a tether, allowing you to tie the clamp onto a wall and prevent it from dropping.
